What is the Melt Map Sequence?
This is a series of 1.5 hour weekly classes that integrates and expands upon what was taught in the first two prerequisite levels (Hand & Foot Treatment and Soft Roller Techniques). Now that you know the fundamentals of MELT, this will be more of a MELT class where the group practices together with less instructional detail, and more emphasis on flowing through the steps. You will also learn how to combine the treatments in order to tailor a practice that addresses your body's needs in the moment.

The MELT soft roller and rolling techniques offer gentle compression without the unnecessary discomfort caused by typical hard rollers.

This session is a great way to keep up with your MELTing in order to maintain connective tissue health! This will help you to stay current with the MELT techniques, in addition to learning how to finesse your practice with some additional moves.

What to expect?
In this 1.5 hour weekly workshop series you will in each class:

re-visit and incorporate several MELT techniques using any of the MELT balls (small/large, soft/firm), bunion band and soft roller
-
receive feedback and adjustments to correct your form and technique
-
bring your hand-outs to follow along and take additional notes as needed
-
bring your MELT equipment to use during class time (or rent as needed)
-
be able to purchase MELT equipment for use at home
-
have the opportunity to ask questions and to share results of your home practice!
